RAM runs a number of different courses and executive training on an ongoing basis. For new customers, we always provide a basic review and instruction of the RAM system, primarily intended for those people who will handle RAM internally. Analysts and investigators have a different role to fill and have other additional requirements from RAM. We continuously inform and educate this group about cases, new measuring tools and launches.
RAM is often hired to inform or educate media sales teams, sales managers and media and advertising agencies. It can for example deal with the specifics concerning different media channels, examples of good and reliable communication or could look at effects of cross media campaigns – the range of training/information sessions is almost unlimited.
RAM conducts both small and larger consulting projects. It can focus on many areas such as the effects of free newspapers, the value of creativity, the differences between classic ads and content marketing or the effects of Cross Media.
